Today, our team consists of 25+ employees, 50+ external agents, 270+ providers, and 1,700+ merchants.

The ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated, well-organized, and dedicated individual who thrives on building and managing strong partnerships. Previous experience in the payments industry is mandatory.

Job Description:

-Be responsible of an active providers portfolio, with the aim of growing and nurturing the relationship
-Create a systematic, process-driven approach for partner outreach and relationship management.
-Identify and source partnership opportunities through various channels within the fintech industry.
-Research potential partners, identify key players, and generate interest.
-Collaborate with senior management and marketing teams to ensure alignment between internal goals and partner relationships.
-Negotiate and finalise deals in accordance with the company's contract guidelines and policies.
-Ensure an exceptional experience for partners by acting as the key liaison and brand representative.
-Maintain strong relationships with current partners and explore opportunities to further grow the partnerships.

Requirements:

-Previous experience working with a payment provider
-Good understanding of the online payment ecosystem in the high risk verticals
-Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field.
-Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
-Advanced time management skills with a high degree of self-discipline.
-Excellent negotiation skills.
-Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
