Join ConsultiPay as a Partnerships Manager and play a key role in driving commercial opportunities within the global payments ecosystem.
We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially driven professional with experience in the payments industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, structuring, and driving deal opportunities between merchants and payment providers, acting as a strategic bridge within our global network.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive in sourcing opportunities, and is motivated by closing deals and building strong industry relationships.
Job Description
Identify, structure, and drive deal opportunities between financial institutions and partners within our network.
Manage and grow an active portfolio of payment providers, converting partnership opportunities into successful deals.
Act as a consultative bridge between merchants and payment providers, understanding business needs and matching them with suitable payment solutions.
Proactively source and onboard new payment providers within the fintech and payments ecosystem.
Conduct market research to identify strategic partners and new business opportunities.
Lead commercial discussions and negotiations, driving deals toward successful closure in line with company policies.
Actively follow up on ongoing opportunities, pushing deals forward and addressing challenges.
Coordinate with internal teams to support the development of partnership opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with partners while continuously identifying opportunities to generate new revenue.
Ensure partners receive an exceptional experience, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
Requirements
Previous experience working with a payment provider or within the payments industry.
Strong understanding of the online payment ecosystem, particularly within high-risk verticals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
Excellent time management and self-discipline, especially in a remote work environment.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple opportunities, and meet deadlines.
